Its domestic market represents more than 40% of all vehicles sold in South America. With a commitment of over 77 billion BRL (around 15 billion USD) from the top 10 OEMs, the country is gearing towards electrification of the industry, focusing on ethanol-powered hybrid vehicles.

Brazil also stands as one of the world’s leading producers and exports of agricultural commodities, including sugar, frozen orange juice, coffee, soybeans, and poultry.

The country has tended to rely on timber/wood solutions for its packaging needs compared to corrugated multi-material solutions.
