Tri-Wall Acquires Manufacturer of Heavy-Duty Packaging Materials in Italy

Tri-Wall Limited has acquired a 100% stake in Scart Imballaggi S.r.l. (Scart), through Tri-Wall’s wholly owned subsidiary.

Scart and its subsidiaries operate manufacturing plants in Northern and Central Italy, producing and supplying heavy-duty packaging materials, including corrugated packaging, wood packaging, and pallets.

Tri-Wall is renowned worldwide for its heavy-duty packaging solutions, including corrugated packaging. With the addition of Scart, the Tri-Wall Group has further expanded its network in Italy—the fourth-largest economy in Europe—where demand for heavy-duty packaging materials is expected to remain strong. Tri-Wall will continue to enhance its supply capabilities and meet the evolving needs of the market.
