Tri-Wall Europe Acquires Pronk Multiservice ME in the United Arab Emirates

Tri-Wall Limited is pleased to announce that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Europe Holding Limited, has acquired a 100% stake in Pronk Multiservice ME FZE.

Pronk Multiservice ME FZE is headquartered in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. The company manufactures and sells heavy duty packaging, with its primary focus on wooden packaging, and lashing* services.

The Tri-Wall Group has an extensive global network of heavy-duty packaging materials operations including corrugated packaging. The addition of Pronk Multiservice ME FZE will strengthen the Group’s offerings, enabling the Group to effectively serve the diverse packaging and service needs of the fast-growing Middle East region.

*Lashing is the process of securing cargo with belts or wires to prevent it from moving on vessels, in containers, or in trucks.
