Tri-Wall Japan Acquires Pronk Multiservice India Private Limited

Tri-Wall Limited is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Tri-Wall Japan Co., Ltd., has acquired a 90% stake in Pronk Multiservice India Private Limited (‘Pronk India’).

Pronk India operates in key locations in India including Bangalore, Faridabad, Mumbai, and Chennai. The company specializes in the manufacturing and sale of heavy-duty packaging, with a focus on wooden and corrugated packaging solutions. Additionally, Pronk India offers lashing and packing services.

The Tri-Wall Group currently operates a network of 10 fabricators in India, managed by Tri-Wall Pak Private Limited. The acquisition of Pronk India will strengthen the Group’s offerings in heavy-duty packaging, enabling it to effectively address the diverse packaging and service demands of the Indian market.
