Tri-Wall Limited Further Expands into North America with the Acquisition of Action Wood

Tri-Wall Limited, referred to hereinafter as the Tri-Wall Group, is pleased to announce that its fully owned North American subsidiary, TW America Inc, has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the business assets of Action Wood Technologies, Inc., a Michigan based packaging provider with deep expertise in bespoke wood packaging solutions. To facilitate the asset purchase, TW America Inc. established a fully owned subsidiary, Action Wood Solutions LLC, which will take the Action Wood business forward. Closing of this transaction is expected at the end of September 2022.
