Tri-Wall Invests in Manufacturer of Heavy Duty Packaging in the United Kingdom

We are delighted to announce that Tri-Wall Europe Limited has made an investment to acquire a 51% stake in Rosewood Manufacturing Holdings Limited (referred to hereafter as “Rosewood”), which has its Head Office in the United Kingdom. Rosewood has three operating companies as its subsidiaries, and it has factories in northern England (North Shields and Gateshead) and central England (Manchester and Wolverhampton), where it conducts manufacturing and sales of heavy duty and general purpose corrugated boxes and timber packaging.

Gavin Peters, Managing Director Tri-Wall Europe said “I am delighted to welcome Rosewood Packaging and all employees into the Tri-Wall group. This acquisition will create a unique opportunity by combining Rosewood’s geographical spread and services with Tri-Wall’s manufacturing and product development capabilities. We will remain focused on our Customers, strengthen our product offering and build on our services, ensuring the enlarged group delivers greater value to Customers old and new.”

Stephen Lord, Managing Director, Rosewood Packaging, said “We are excited to be joining the Tri-Wall group. We are looking forward to bringing the additional benefits to fruition that an enlarged group can provide to our combined customer base.”

Tri-Wall Group has developed its packaging materials business related to heavy duty corrugated packaging globally, but business in the United Kingdom until now has mainly been conducted at the site in Wales. Now, with the addition of Rosewood, which covers all of England, Tri-Wall will further promote the expansion of business by strengthening the supply system in the United Kingdom while also responding to more far-reaching packaging needs.
